Yes, for the standard scope. We confirm that your project fits before you commit. Any extra work gets a separate quote, not a surprise invoice.
No. It's optional. Your site doesn't stop belonging to you if you don't take the care plan. We can hand it over for you or another provider to manage.
Every site gets its own design direction. A bespoke mascot, illustrated world, or complex character animation can add meaningful work, so we scope those separately when needed. The goal is the right design for your business, not putting a burger on every homepage.
Domains, paid platforms, premium licenses and applicable taxes are separate when needed and disclosed before commitment. Ongoing SEO, new features and larger migrations are not silently bundled into the standard build.
For a standard website, 50% reserves the project and starts the work; 50% is due before launch and final handoff. Custom project milestones are agreed in the proposal. This site starts a conversation; it doesn't charge a card for an unscoped project.
